3. when i finally checked out i explained to the young lady that i had talked to the manager and he was supposed to do something for the inconvinience of the 2 am moving of rooms she said he didnt leave any notes and demanded that i pay for my tab from the night before no remorse no research no even looking to see that i switched rooms just give me my money.

6. They had another manager call us, who completely defended the actions of the 1st manager, said he did not believe us about what was said and it was our responsibility to know the terms.
