4. The Wifi is generally free at those places and they try harder to make you comfortable.

5. I realise that the majority of Hyatt customers are perhaps business travellers who don't really care, but a little thing like free wifi for paying guests would be nice.

9. It doesn't make sense to me that you pay LESS a night at a nice place like the Hampton Inn and get things like free wifi and free breakfast.

10. When is Hyatt going to realise that wifi is here to stay and is getting cheaper everywhere - most of the hotels today offer it free and with the high room rates paid here why cant they include free wifi.
