1. the hotel was pretty good, everything worked and had what we needed in a good locationbut they didn't greet us at check in for valet or bell hops and we were stuck juggling grand parents and kids an cars and bags.

9. We arrived at the Hyatt Hotel on November 6th and was extremely tired after an 11hr flight, upon arrival we had a quick and easy check in by accomodating and helpful staff.
