3. The only downside is that there wasn't a breakfast included in the price, and Parking at $45 a day was a bit steep (apparently average for San Francisco), but we got a great price on the room and overall we were happy.

4. Location is excellent to explore the city and the waters edge with lots of Restaurants and Bars nearby, my reccomendation would be to get a taxi to the Italian district where you will find some great dining at reasonable prices.
