Firstly, I put the 'privacy' tag on the door after my first night as I did not need new towels or anything done in the room, however when I got back from the tour I was doing, housekeeping had been in, removed all the towels, moved a lot of my stuff, left the curtains open (which I actually did not realise at first when I walked in the room and I had started to get changed when I realised - luckily no one was in the pool.

7. What's Bad: DIRTY bathroom with terrible lighting and no fan, no microwave, no refrigerator, have to ask for clean towels and bed linens if you stay over, they do not automatically provide these.

8. The rooms are clean and well stock for bathroom supplies (towels, soap, lotions), although at bit dated (our room was an upgrade, however, it was a bit worn - couch was torn, the rug had tears and, moreover, the lighting could have been better, the room was dark).
