1. You get to park for free a rarity in SF its a short five minute walk to Fishermans Wharf and about fifteen to the Alcatraz Ferry pier.

3. We didn't have a car so we didn't take advantage of the free parking, but we rented a car the morning we checked out and it was nice to be able to park it and load our luggage at our leisure.

4. Free parking in SF is virtually nonexistent, and considering you'll pay between $40 & $70 to park your car, this is a major savings.

10. Another bonus was the fact we were able to park on-site with access to our car anytime day or night (not always possible in San Fran).
