1. The neighborhood is quiet, the rooms are spacious and while there isn't a hot breakfast or even a big hotel lobby, Safeway supermarket and Trader Joe's are right down the street.

3. It is not the ritz-carlton by any means, but if you want a clean, comfortable place with excellent location for exploring the best neighborhood of North Beach (in my humble opinion) you can't beat it.

8. Only a 3 block walk to Fisherman's Wharf, Ghiardelli Square, 1 block from the world famous lombard street you are in the middle of everything, yet the hotel was very quiet even though there was no vacancy and the neighborhood was very safe even at night.
