1. Lift to all floors, rooms was excellent quality with some old World charm, clean, well presented, bed(s) very comfortable with quality bedding and pillows.

The rooms are very large and clean but when I looked at the pillows they are all feather so we called the front desk they pulled out 5 options for pillows but all were feather I am allergic to feather as and it is too late to go out and purchase a new pillow, that i will in turn have to leave here since it will not fit in my luggage.

3. The room is nice and clean and the tv and bed did help the stay, although the pillows need to be sent out to pasture.

7. As to the rooms: big room, flat screen tvs, in-room safe, bathroom and sink separated which makes it easier to get ready in the a.m., spotlessly clean, but I agree with an earlier reviewer that it would be nice if they had more pillows, ours seemed to be mini-sized.

9. I read from another traveler about the pillows having feathers so we took heed to the warning and brought our own pillows since we all have allergies.
