1. Hotel is clean & comfortable enough; room had a big window & fresh air possible; parking space found in view of the check-in area, great, but the 2 upper parking floors are found by accident, wd need directions from the desk staff.

4. The location was superb for a first time visitor to San Fran, the check-in staff friendly and the room luxurious - comfortable bed, large TV, large bathroom etc. Transport links were good as well (near to bike hire, trams etc).
