8. He took our name, took our luggage, (it's in a secure room, so we had no worries about leaving our laptop, iPad, etc.) We came back, he recognized us, and pulled our luggage out, while pointing us to the lobby restrooms.

9. There are some odd shaped rooms due to the architecture of the hotel, but the vast majority of the rooms are very comfortable.
