This hotel is in the financial district and the lobby is small, but it is just a few blocks (easy walking distance) of Ferry Terminal with several eating options, there is a shopping center (Embarcadero Center) right across the street which is never crowded, and there is a Starbucks and Peets on the same block as the hotel (plus there is free coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning).
