6. The hotel staff was excellent except for one instance where one of the staff on duty refused to give my pregnant wife the complimentary umbrella for temporary use because she wanted to save it for other guest.

7. If you utilise the gym, then take advantage of the complimentary laundary service (except underwear), all you have to do is phone hosuekeeping and they have your gym kit freshly laundered and wating for you in your room on your return.
