1. Unfortunately, the bathroom had been only partially cleaned : there were hairs in the bathtub and on the soapdish; to their credit, housekeeping sent someone up promptly to remedy this but it was a quick wipe rather than a thorough cleaning.

There were fingerprints all over the glass and mirrors (not ours), dirty rags left on the floor and tables by housekeeping, dust so thick you could write your name in it, dirty glasses left for us to use, etc. etc. etc. Unfortunately my husband had to stay at that hotel for business reasons or we would have checked out after day one.
