1. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a suite - the bathrooms ,with a large bathtub and a separate shower is very spacious, the beds are plush and comfortable and this hotel boast the most comfy bath robes I have ever tried on.

The room was fine, but I think that maybe we got the disabled room - we had 2 spyholes in the door - at waist and head height (the room next door only had one spyhole) and the hanging rail in the wardrobe was about about 3 feet off the ground - on the other hand, apart from the wide sliding door into the bathroom there didn't seem to be any adaptations to suit a disabled person - no grab rails and just a normal shower over the bath - so I don't know what it was meant to be - it was just a bit odd.

Bad points (from really bad to annoyance): TERRIBLE wifi (extremely slow, hard to connect to, disconnects very quickly) - worse aspect of the hotel;check out took more than 10 minutes; poor water pressure in the shower (probably because of LEED certification)very small closet; very small and cramped lobby (if there are more than 3 or 4 people checking in or out, the hallway to the elevators will be blocked); 'fitness center' is a joke (two of the three machines were out of service); shower curtain rod was falling down.
