Oh in the dinning room where the breakfast is served the door going into the bar is open at times and u can see the drains etc and pipes from the machines which is filty and would turn anyone off the breakfastto see the lease ther seems to be no manager around to keep and eye on whats happening the front desk is a little boys club all chatting pressing buttons on their keyboards etc good hotel location wise, with brillant rooms but lacking service at the front of house and the breakfast needs to be changed ASAP on the departure I hanged in my card to get the bill and also got my invoice signed the invoice or what the americans call the CHECK and guess what about 3 weeks later my colleague's card got charged after I giving them my Credit card on check out which was the same card I booked it with on the Internet and they given me the receipt invoice etc HOW unprofessional to do this to someone, and it was embarrassing that my work colleague now got charged for it on his credit card, so I phoned the hotel to get the usual Voice mail left a message and no reply sent email to ask would someone return my call NO luck and phoned again still waiting for ther call Summary great rooms clean, comfortable, Front of House & Admin staff unprofessional terrible breakfast.
