1. Although the rate was very high (as with most SF hotels), we knew the rate in advance and had no issues with cost.

2. This however is nit-picking as ,from my view, this is hotel of choice for San Francisco regardless of cost -which,in the case of the Orchard Garden ,was quite reasonable for downtown SF.

4. That they 'lost' them and but for that error on their part had to mail them, it would seem to me that they should cover the cost.

9. After some time that day, I did go and discuss my disappointment with the room, it's location, view or lack of it and in fairness to the Hotel, they did offer us alternatives, upgrades at no cost and even a room at their sister hotel up the road.
