5. Personally, if I am going to spend the time and money to go to a resort, I do want an element of personal service and attentiveness.

7. On check out day the cleaning service was more then available at 8:30 AM in the morning.

8. The worst part of the hotel was when I got back to my room after a full day and night at the pool and bar to find out my the cleaning service had not attended to our room.

9. If you don't want to wash your towels you have to pay and pay for cleaning service.
