1. One firm no was all it took and the check in and check out staff were both helpful, friendly and courteous.

2. Turns out,the fellow that was occupying the unit barely spoke English and did not understand that he had to check out then check into a new unit that day,since he had booked two full weeks.

3. Prior to purchasing check out how many point you get for your unit, the cost of the points if you run out is $10.00 per 1000 point which sounds great, a 2 bedroom place in the beginning of march in River Island cost an owner 200,000 points, another words it would cost an owner 2,000.

7. When it was time to leave, it took us 2 hours to check out, because the room comp was not applied correctly and they couldn't figure out how to do it.
