4. There is a Super Target across the street in which I highly recommend to buy food, paper products etc. We saved a ton of money eating breakfast in our villa instead of eating out.

6. We did not do this, and I can't remember the exact price, but for those traveling from nothern states, I would recommend splurging on a poolside cabana for a day.
