3. Charming hotel 'old style' with wooden floors, friendly staff, excellent Mexican-restaurant in bottom floor, affordable prices, central location, but very thin walls and not sound proof at all, you will need ear pluggs.

8. The hotel is situated in the middle of all the happenings, with the beach literally 2 blocks away, and Lincoln Ave (which is home to many fine but affordable restaurants) probably 5 blocks away.

9. Four blocks south from Lincoln Road Mall, four blocks north of fun bars, two blocks from Ocean Drive and excelent restaurants and four blocks from the ocean.

10. The Clay Hotel is partly a hostel, so perhaps good for single travellers - probably not ideal for families with children (the restaurant/bar outside can be noisy, plus the whole bathroom thing would not be ideal; perhaps they have larger, more private rooms available though).
