1. My boyfriend forgot his wallet in the room but maid didn't steal anythin :-) U need to bring your own toilet stuff but toilet paper.

2. The remote was never fixed even though a second note was left in spanish and english for the maid and they did call us to see IF we were checking out when I had specifically seen the front desk person writing down in their book that we had requested to stay until 1230 that day.
