Def good for party-people and less for relax-and-stay-in guests;Room:basic equipment (TV, AC), clean-ish; check out a few rooms;Staff:not very interested in guests or their wishes - which is ok as long as you get a decent rate;Location: you can conveniently walk to the beach (3blocks), shopping, nightlife.

2. The front desk staff did everything they could to relocate me, took the charge off my bill and gave me a relaxed late check out.

3. My advice is to check out the room before you actually check in and then ask for a change if you don't like it.
