4. The sheets were clean, the room stayed warm in winter time, the electricity worked, the toilets flushed, hot water came out of the shower.

8. We pulled the sheets back even further to notice that the sheets did not fit the mattress and the padding under the half sheet was full of probably every pubic hair from everyone who has stayed in room 812.
