He immediately called housekeeping and spoke with the
manager
of housekeeping and asked to please have some one clean a new room and an hour later the issue was fixed.

But his level of service did not stop there in the after noon he helped us find a restaurant in the area and the one i wanted to go to was full and i tried hard to get seats but was unable to and he offered to call and try he spoke with the
manager
and got us in at seven and they gave us a comp bottle of Wine.

We were finally refunded our money sometime late afternoon the next day after Expedia repeatedly calling the hotel to speak with the
