1. When we arrived, we were told that there would be an additional $20 per night charge because we needed to upgrade to a larger room in order to fit a cot.

5. More strangely they did not charge everyone among our group, and when I asked then why they told me that I should not make a deal out of it because it is just a dollar a bag.

8. The rooms have free voicemail and if you need to receive a fax, the hotel does not charge to receive them, but they do charge to send them -- most hotels charge to receive them, so that was nice.
