1. I had a small problem the first morning (with housekeeping - which was otherwise great) and each of the staff members and managers with whom I spoke were very professional and concerned with my satisfaction.

5. John Castronovo the business sales manager came out explained the whole situation and took my booking upgraded my room and the room rate was even LESS then what i had booked at.
