1. The staff were helpful and friendly (I asked for an extra hour and a half late checkout due to a late flight and it wasn't a problem - no charge either).

4. The doormen WERE very friendly and hailed a taxi each morning with a traditional whistle, helped load the luggage and bags, etc.This room charge was just a few dollars more than what we would've been charged at the Red Roof Inn AND it didn't even remotely resemble a crack house.

6. I called the front desk to ask to have the room cleaned and the manager (I'm assuming she was, she didn't wear a name tag and really took charge of the situation) apologized.
