1. Yes, the furniture and carpeting are a little tired, but the bed was extremely comfortable, having a separate bedroom and seating area was great and the full kitchen was just an added bonus.

3. We had a bedroom with a very comfortable king bed, a separate sitting area with a pull-out sofa, 2 chairs, a desk and chair, and a dining room table with 4 chairs.

4. I think all their rooms are suites, so we had a large living room, a small, but fully-equipped kitchen, large bedroom with a king bed, nice bathroom and tons of closet space.
