had a great shower with good water pressure and a nicely positioned shower head that was over 6 feet up in the air.

When I booked the room I was told by Don that it was an Executive
Suite
with 2 queen beds and a couch bed when we got to the hotel we were given a room with two double beds and no couch in the room.

the people up front were SLOW checking people in and we waited for what seemed like forever and the party in front of us was checking into 2 rooms, there was a problem with their reservation so we managed to give up our room for them and be upgraded to the executive
suite
for no charge.
