1. The manager who helped me, Neil was very friendly and upgraded us to a gigantic bed on the 4th floor.

10. When I realized the damage they had to have known they caused, I went to the front desk to speak to the manager who gave me the worst, most disrespectful, and unprofessional attitude and offered no form of compensation or incentive to ever stay here again.
