1. I'm sure there will be but the gym staff/ mgrs are new and young and don't always know what's happening in their own gym.

5. I could go for a run in Lincoln Park in the mornings (great views)and the hotel had a deal with a gym next door which (although in need of some upgrading) gave me access to a lap pool, steam room and spa pool - great for the jet lag.

7. I told him I wasn't very happy with this as one of the major reasons I booked the hotel was because they said they had gym access.

9. I asked if he knew that it said on the website they have a gym, and he replied, 'yes, but it still says Bally's too' - the name of the old gym franchise.

10. My other complaint was that the hotel boasts a fitness center, but I found out there's not one on-site, but rather around the corner at franchised gym.
