1. We booked the Fairfield Inn on Ontario Street because its rates were very reasonable, and it is a really nice location for those who want to hang out on the Magnificient Mile and at Navy Pier and the Ohio Street and Oak Street Beaches and the Lakeshore Trail.

2. Located on a tree lined street one block from the Magnificent Mile and 15 minute walk to the lake, we felt we were in a quiet hidden neighborhood in the city.

10. The breakfast included in our hotel stay was not all that great but it gave us an oppurtunity to relax in our own environment before hitting the streets without spending tourist prices for a hot breakfast.
