3. +One of the cleanest bathrooms of anyplace we've ever stayed :) +Beds as comfortable as home with great pillows (a huge thing for someone who sleeps with three, only needed two) and you can request the type of pillows you want and how many when you make your reservation.

10. From the valet (always quick!), to maintenance services (we had to replace our hairdryer and he came up right away and gave us a brand new one when the one in our bathroom wasn't working), to front desk (who held our luggage for the afternoon).
