Former Chicagoan's (now suburbanites) visiting downtown to meet up with friends, shop, jog on the lake, and enjoy great dining found this hotel to be very well located (few blocks from shopping, dining, the lake, the el (public transportation), with attentive, friendly employees (front desk/valet).
