1. When I got back also found they charge all rooms for the car when we only had one and charge us for rooms we never had.

4. the only thing that was a negative to me was the EXPENSIVE valet charge ($40 per night) and you could park yourself for free, it cost $32 to self park.

8. I contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to request a microwave and fridge for his meals and it was sent to the room 5 minutes after we had checked in - there was not additional charge.
