1. At a minimum they should have reasonable quality at a good value.

"Location, unsurpassed views, and unbelievably quiet room " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/19/2011 Vote
6. * Good value; for the quality of the rooms, the location and the service, $300/night seems pretty okay to me* Some ammenities are rather silly, for example the 'water menu' (with $40 bottles of water from exotic places) and the 'pillow menu' with aromatic pillows like 'Healing' and 'Balance' which claim to give you things like courage?and compassion.
"Surprisingly, quite wonderful. For business or leisure " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/12/2010 Vote

8. First the good things:- Rooms are enormous w/fantastic views- I only paid $199 for the room ($399 seems a bit of a stretch for the location, but the property is new, clean, pristine & a value at $199)Now for the less-than-good things.
"Not a 5 star property, by a longshot " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/23/2009 Vote
9. The room rate was excellent value - we could easily have paid double for this level.
"Superb staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/18/2009 Vote
10. I also have to admit, that the price, yes, it was high, but taking in consideration the very high quality and value of the service, it was adequat.
