Housekeeping is spectacular, loading and running the dishwasher every morning in the course of cleaning the room, assembling the numerous pillows, including specially spa pillows, during turndown service in the evening, welcome greetings from virtually every staff member you encounter on your walk into the hotel, and full-on smiles from everyone.
