This hotel left us so impressed that I will be returning again this summer to make my remaining family members experience what I did :) I will take this opportunity to recognize valet staff, a bellboy named KC (I hope I got his name right) and our housekeeping staff Sara who kept the rooms immaculate with all the mess the kids created .

10. I must say, that the staff is exceptional, from the moment we walked in the hotel, until we left, everyone, from the valets, to the bellhops, to our room service waiter were friendly, helpful, and did everything possible to make sure our stay was a memorable one.
