1. (We were told we couldnt move to the one next to us, which had a lovely terrace as that was the owners one - it looked like the one the photo was taken in, which isnt fair of course!) Our terrace room was a lovely size, a big bedroom with a walk in closet and a second large lounge with a very comfy sofa bed.

4. The bed was large and comfortable, and there was a separate walk in closet with safe, mini bar area and large mirrored area to do make up etc. The floor we were on 15th - was quiet.

5. If you don't want to be disturbed in your room during the day, keep the Quiet sign on your door and set the lock inside; I had someone walk in on me twice-he was looking for room service trays.

7. The bath also has a shower curtain, something I hate and I think by 2011 baths with showers should certainly have a shower screen or even just do away with the bath and have a walk in shower instead; the curtain was at least clean.

9. (some of it looked a little rough around the edges as did the tile in the bathroom, etc.) The bathroom was kind of tiny for the size of the room and the walk in closet, but that is to be expected from a New York hotel.
