1. Her manager (I believe his name is Chris) is also a wonderful host and they are both extraordinarily accommodating and willing to go the extra mile.

5. Upon delivery the manager told us we had to take it outside, and we could not eat the food in the hotel that his front desk staff had ordered for us.

6. I sent Sofia, the General Manager, a note prior to my stay requesting a specific room, and she was very quick to write me back with a confirmation of my request -- she also followed up with me personally after my stay, which I can't say that I've experienced at many other places.

7. I had phoned the front desk on the morning after arrival and explained my frustration to someone who didn`t seem to care a whole lot and said she would have a manager call me on my cell phone.
