1. Everything eat, shop, sightseeing is so nearby, and that place I think is the cheaper place for eat and shop and drink (lot of bar around), and lot of trendy and modern ppl there, handsome guy and beautiful girl walk around.

6. Like other reviewers have said, the room was not particularly special and we were on the top floor (a steep walk with no elevator) but it was more than sufficient for our needs.

8. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the best thing was the fantastic location - on the edge of the East village with funky bars and shops on St Marks Place and only 10 mins walk from Greenwich village.
