1. Everything eat, shop, sightseeing is so nearby, and that place I think is the cheaper place for eat and shop and drink (lot of bar around), and lot of trendy and modern ppl there, handsome guy and beautiful girl walk around.

6. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the best thing was the fantastic location - on the edge of the East village with funky bars and shops on St Marks Place and only 10 mins walk from Greenwich village.

7. Mark Place which near University, around it have lot of restaurant and bar, the restaurant type include Japanese, Taiwan drink, Russian food, steak house, pizza (only US$1 per pieces, hehehehee).

10. As for the area, the hotel sits on top of a bar and a pizza parlour of which you could not hear or smell in the room.
