3. Room is small just have a regular bathroom which including shower, sink, toilet bowl, the water seems not really hot and a bit mal-function cause I turn the hot water for 1 mins but it seems not hot and I didn't get help.

8. The staff were super friendly & helpful (some of them were even pervy!:))You need to keep your expectations under control though, the double room was TINY, so was the shower, but it did the trick as we were not in NYC to spend our days in the hotel room.

9. The room was clean as was the shower, and it was cleaned every day by the 'maid service' they have there too.

The room was very small so we had to keep our stuff in the suitcases and we kept on moving them around the room to gain some space, we also pushed one bed against the window, but I found out the first night it wasn't such a good idea, I was freezing all night and I ran in the shower in the morning but the water was cold.
