4. We were on New York a week and stayed here for 4 days, the staff were lovely, helped us with our bags, and humoured our English accents, slight drunken behaviour, hang overs in the morning, they helped with taxi's and cutting the arms off a top I wanted cutting.

10. We stayed in a double room and it was perfectly clean; it appeats basic, but it had a TV, bathroom and bed, which is all we wanted The staff are young, friendly - and helpful.
