1. regardless, the location and room (ask for high floor for the view) makes it a very good place to stay in NYC.

2. We had a great view of the beautiful church across the street, but we also heard cars whizzing by all day & night, as well as honking horns, loud brakes on the buses, etc. It does get quieter as the evening goes on.

4. The rooms were lovley the decor was such that it was more like a boutique hotel and not like a chain the bed was very comfortable and we had a great view of the empire stae building.
