4. I received a reply back from Roxie right away who offered the option of having complimentary house champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting in my parents room upon their arrival (they received a cake instead of the chocolate covered strawberries).

7. Room 1612, views of the Empire State Building, we were there to celebrate my neices 16th forthcoming birthday, there was a cake awaiting for us upon arrival, the ladies at check in also gave us complimentary breakfast for our 4 night stay.

9. Kimpton Hotels provides complimentary internet service if you are a member which I noted when we reserved the room so I signed up prior to getting to New York.
