1. The concierge service is excellent, always helpful and booked restaurants, helicopter rides etc. Overall a great place to stay.

4. The staff, throughout our entire stay, was very service minded, helpful and were able to take initiative, meaning they obviously had mandate to serve their customers according to service and not to strict rules which definitely makes every guest individually satisfied.

6. The subway / bus service is an excellent way to move around the city, but if the weather is kind and you like to walk go for it, you will see so much.

7. While I loved that I was able to arrange everything through just one person and not have to make separate arrangements everywhere, what I really loved was the awesome service that Roxie and the rest of the hotel staff provided.
