The minuses: rooms and facilities are on the small side, even by NYC standards: adequate bathroom, but with a four foot long bat and not much clearance around the bed/luggage/work areas; and midtown is a good location for work but less so for food/attractions/and so forth, especially on weekends - in particular, and unless you're content with St*rb*cks, you'll probably want to breakfast in or otherwise get some good directions.
