1. I found it amusing that the hotel billed itself as THE place to get a good night's sleep and pretends to offer a sleep refund.

6. On check-out I was never asked about the mini-bar, so in honesty, I listed the items we consumed (over $80) and the check out agent was not sure how to charge them to my bill, which makes one wonder if anyone is charged for the mini-bar.
