1. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles and was very knowledgeable & courteous.

When we arrived we where very pleased with the hotel,the staff being the best part of it,the bar man was very chatty and helpful and made fantastic cocktails,the reception helped us with the best way to get around New York,the room was great very clean,big and grand,nothing dissapointed us about this hotel and we would love to go back.

6. Located on a main bus route Downtown (on the corner of 50th and Lexington), near the subway and within easy walking distance of Grand Central Terminal etc. Staff are really very friendly and helpful.
